Important Information for Tonight's Seminole Hoops AAU Tryouts

Hello Parents,
Thank you for registering your child for Seminole Hoops AAU tryouts! We are excited to meet everyone and look forward to a great session tonight. Below are the details for the tryouts:
Location: 805 Waterway Place, Longwood, FL 32750 (There are two gyms in the same parking lot – look for signs indicating “Gym 1” or “Gym 2” on the buildings.)
Our AAU program includes2 practices per weekandweekend tournamentsfrom March through July. Practices will begin this month!
With over150 athletestrying out tonight, please allow24-48 hoursfor us to notify you if your child has been selected.
Thank you for another successful AAU season! We’ve had an amazing time watching our players grow and compete, and we’re excited to kick it up a notch for the upcoming spring and summer season. This year, we’ll be participating in bigger events, and our coaching staff is eager to see our boys take their game to the next level.
A quick reminder: tryouts are this Wednesday, 2/5! Don’t forget to use the code “HOOPSFAM” when registering.

Seminole Hoops Travel Ball program is dedicated to developing young athletes through competitive basketball. Operated under the Seminole Hoops Club Team, we field teams in grades 3rd-11th, offering players the opportunity to compete at a higher level and refine their skills.
Tryout Schedule
5:30pm-7pm - Grades 3rd-8th
7:00pm-8:30pm - Grades 9th-11th
What We Offer:
2 Practices per Week: Each practice is 90 minutes, focusing on skill development and team dynamics
Tournament Play: Competing in 12+ tournaments to challenge players and provide real-game experience
Live Scrimmages: Weekly alternating practices and live scrimmages against opposing teams to simulate game scenarios
Skill Enhancement: Focused training to improve individual skills and basketball IQ

It’s that time of year again! We’re gearing up for our 2025 travel season, and we’re excited to see all of you back on the court! Our tryout date is February 5th, so be sure to mark your calendars.

This season, we’re taking it up a notch with 12+ competitive tournaments, including events by On The Radar and AAU at Disney’s Wide World of Sports. It’s going to be an exciting year, and we can’t wait to see you all in action!
