We’re excited to announce a new opportunity for dedicated student-athletes in our community — the launch of Seminole Prep & Performance Academy.

Seminole Prep is built for athletes in grades 8–12 and post-graduate players who are serious about their development and preparing for the next level of basketball and life beyond the court.

The game has evolved. With the rise of the transfer portal, NIL opportunities, and older athletes competing at the college level, today’s players must be more prepared than ever. Talent alone is no longer enough — athletes need the right environment, structure, and daily development.

Seminole Prep & Performance Academy provides a comprehensive program centered around:

• Advanced basketball skill development
• Strength and conditioning training
• Competitive team practices and gameplay
• Leadership and character development
• Financial literacy and entrepreneurship education
• Daily accountability and structure

To ensure a focused and high-level environment, we will be accepting only 48 athletes in our inaugural class.

We are also excited to share that Step Up scholarship families may qualify for funding that averages around $10,000 per student, which can be applied toward participation in the program.

Hello Families,

Registration is now open for our Seminole Sports Academy Basketball Summer Camps, and spots are expected to fill quickly.

Our summer camps are designed to help athletes develop their skills, compete, and have fun in a structured training environment. Players will receive instruction from our coaching staff while participating in skill development drills, competitive games, and live play.

Camp Details

Ages: 7–17
Full Day Camp: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Half Day Camp: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Throughout camp, players will work on:

• Shooting and ball handling development
• Game situations and competitive drills
• Basketball IQ and decision-making
• Live 5-on-5 gameplay
• Confidence and overall skill development

These camps are perfect for both beginner and advanced players looking to improve before the next season.

Jersey Pickup
Jersey pickup will take place on April 3rd from 6:30–7:30 PM in Gym 1 for all first-time players.

Returning players will reuse their jerseys from the previous season.

Our athletes will be taking on the challenge of shooting 100 free throws as part of the fundraiser to help support teammates who need assistance with season fees, uniforms, and tournament costs.

We’re expecting a great turnout and a fun evening for everyone. We will have:

• March 14 – Final Regular Season Games
• March 20 – All-Star Games (players will be notified if selected)
• March 21 – Playoffs & Championship Games (Top 4 seeds in each division qualify)

As we wrap up Week 5 of the season, we want to continue thanking all of our families, athletes, and coaches for the dedication and enthusiasm you bring to the league each week. The energy in the gym has been outstanding, and the level of play continues to rise as teams compete and improve together.

With only a few weeks left in the season, teams are really settling into their rhythm. Players are showing more confidence, teamwork is becoming more natural, and the competition has been exciting to watch. We’ve seen great hustle, strong defense, and players stepping up to make big plays when it matters most. The progress each team has made since the start of the season is something everyone should be proud of.

As we head into the final stretch, every game becomes even more important. Keep encouraging your athletes to play hard, support their teammates, and continue focusing on growth and sportsmanship. We’re looking forward to seeing how teams finish the season strong.
