Our Basketball Plyometric Performance Class is designed to help athletes become more explosive, quicker, and more powerful on the court. This program focuses on improving vertical jump, first-step speed, lateral movement, balance, and body control — all essential skills for game performance.
This is a high-energy, structured training class built specifically for basketball players looking to gain an edge through proper movement mechanics and controlled explosive training.
Start Date: Thursday, February 5
Schedule: Thursdays | 7:30 – 8:30 PM
Duration: 5 weeks (5 total sessions)
Location: Seminole Sports Academy
Class Size: Limited to 25 athletes
